Re: See any good movies lately?
Not sure if anyone is a fan of the Saw films, but #6 was pretty good. Not as good as the 1st one... but I think better than some of the other middle ones.

We watched Surrogates the other night. Thought it was cool. Tonight we have Zombieland... can't wait to watch this one ![]()
How was Zombieland? My wife watched it the other night and she loved it.
I really liked Zombie Land. But Joe... while we seem to be really in tune with music and beer... our movie tastes seem to vary. Anyway, this wasn't a horror movie, hehe. It had some really sick humor parts, so might be right up your alley.
Wolfamn, loved it. one of the very few flicks I thought worth seeing in an actual theater. Maybe this weekeng we'll check out Shutter Island. Depends on how much Dogfish Head 90min IPA I consume at dinner... hehe! ![]()
If you haven't seen "Food, Inc." yet, that is an important movie to see.
What you got ain't nothin new. This country's hard on people. You can't stop what's coming. It ain't all waiting on you. That's vanity.
YES,it is! GO ORGANIC AND SUPPORT FARMERS MARKETS!!
Food Inc is in our netflix que.
4th kind was cool! We have Ink here now...
I saw vacancy last week and i honestly almost peed my pants. it's scary. there's a lot of action in it and it just really freaked me out. it's definitely a movie that every thriller fan should go see.
soooooo behind on posting here. we've seen a bunch of movies since April 14th.... Haven't seen Vacancy, but added it to the netflix list.
Just saw "The Road" a couple days ago. Totally awesome. The book was written by Cormac McCarthy, who wrote No Country For Old Men, one of my favorite movies (and books). It takes place a short time after a cataclysmic event has destroyed most of the earth's human population, the animals, and vegetation. A man and his young son travel south in hopes of finding a better place for them to survive. It's sorta like Mad Max, only it's a really good movie, not super cheesy like Mad Max is, heh. It's really bleak, and I found it to be pretty gut wrenching to watch at times.

Nice, "The Road" is on our queue, just haven't gotten it yet. Looks quite cool.
Right now we have "Peacock" sitting here to watch. = www.imdb.com/title/tt1188113/
"Peacock" was good. Sad actually in a way, but good. Worth the watch, definitely.
Have 'Book of Eli" here now. Heard good & bad... we'll make our own decision!
Peacock WAS good and yes sad at times. Worth the watch.
